The Company will also introduce of the combination of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) vehicles, flywheel energy storage vehicles, and fast solid-state transfer switches (SSTS) during the Expo. According to the Company, those technologies will enable power supply facilities in all important areas of the park to supply power without interruption in the event of any grid failure, achieving its goal of "Zero Flicker, Zero Perception of Voltage Fluctuation."

According to the Company, in order to ensure the power supply for the event, which is expected to create a new historical record of power demand, it will install the intelligent data acquisition module with independent property rights, collecting the data of all 0.4 kV important power supply equipment in the park for the first time. It will also integrate the equipment into the distribution automation system to monitor the load changes at each point in the park, thereby knowing the operation of distribution boxes in important pavilions and areas. In order to ensure the power supply for the important areas of the park such as the Performing Arts Center, the Company will introduce the first comprehensive use of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) vehicles, flywheel energy storage vehicles, and fast solid-state transfer switches (SSTS) during the Exhibition to ensure no power failure in case of any grid faults. To achieve this, the Company will provide an additional 18 sets of UPS equipment and 15 sets of SSTS equipment. It will also increase another 4 UPS vehicles and flywheel energy storage vehicles. Moreover, in the evening when the opening ceremony of the event is held, the stage lifting machinery, high-end audio, LED large screen, net screen, and wire equipment in the Performing Arts Center will be the top priority of power supply. To ensure zero flicker during the ceremony, the Company will also arrange another 2 UPS vehicles and flywheel energy storage vehicles and 8 sets of SSTS equipment to the Center.

In addition, the first emergency fire brigade of the Company, which was established in March this year, will also be deployed to the important areas of the park soon after ending its mission for the Belt and Road Forum on April 27.
