    SGCC issued regulations on "Decisions to Strengthen Safe Production", set up a     complete and regular mechanism for safe production.

    To learn lessons from blackouts abroad

    SGCC launched anti-accident drill, completed the emergency plan on handling cases     of blackout, upgrading the ability for handling in case of emergency, so as to prevent     the grids from severe accidents and blackout.

    To implement safety responsibility

    SGCC will strengthen to complete and strictly implement safety management,     supervision mechanism and accountability system, take strict measures for     precaution and settlement of accident.

    To secure power supply

    Facing the challenges of historical peak load dispatching and frequently happened     natural disasters, SGCC ensured secure production, successfully completed power     supply during peak load in summer time.
