China's First Concentrating Solar Power Project Connected to the Grid

  The first 10MW phase of China¨s first industrialized Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) project!Supcon Solar 50MW Tower plant in Delingha, Qinghai, has been officially connected to the grid and started generation. Delingha is located in the northeast edge of the Qaidam Basin and in its west exit is the CSP plant which covers 3.3 square kilometers with a total installed capacity of 50MW and a total investment of 996 million Yuan. The project has been listed in the 2013 strategic emerging industries by the National Development and Reform Commission.

  Heihe, the Sino-Russian border city, has imported 1.9TWh of power from Russia in the first half year

  According to Heihe Municipal Government in Heilongjiang, the city spent nearly 100 million dollars to import 1.9TWh power from Russia in the first half year, doubling the cost of the same period last year. According to the related agreement, China planned to import 3.35TWh of power from Russia in 2013.

  Zhuhai will build a 3D Printing Industrial Innovation Center

  Zhuhai Municipal Government recently signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with China 3D Printing Technology Industry Alliance to build the China 3D printing Industrial Innovation Center in Zhuhai. Xiangzhou District was authorized by the Alliance and many innovation teams have settled in the city. In addition, the National Quality Supervising Test Center for Consumables of Printing and Office Automation (NTCCOA), approved by the General Administration of Quality, Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China (AQSIQ), is also settled in Zhuhai.

  Fujian issued 303 copies of ECFA preferential origin certificates in the first half year, with an increase of 41% than last year

  In the first half year, Fujian Inspection and Quarantine Bureau issued 48,000 copies of various preferential origin certificates, involving an amount of 1.908 billion dollars, and reducing nearly 80 million dollars tariff for the local ​​companies. Among them, 303 copies of ECFA preferential origin certificates were issued, with an increase of 41% than last year, involving an amount of 12.4 million dollars with an increase of 183% and reducing nearly 650 thousand dollars tariff for the local ​​companies from Taiwan.
